Q: How do I order brownies
Q: I don't understand how ordering/shipping/delivery works
A: Orders received by 12pm will be sent out by Nationwide Courier the same day, for next day delivery. For Wellington CBD deliveries these can be sent out the same day by Nocar Cargo, our local friendly bike courier company. No deliveries Mondays as we're closed & Nationwide courier can only be sent Tuesday-Thursday.
Q: Will you deliver to me if I live outside of Wellington
A: Absolutely! We offer a nationwide courier service which does its best to get to you the next day. Please note: our courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or guarantee next day delivery on rural addresses. If you live rurally there will be an extra charge and it can take 2–3 days to reach you. Please Contact Us if you're in a rural area!
Q: How do I check my tracking number
A: When your order has been shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number for NZ Couriers (our courier delivery partner). The first part of your number (E40, E50 or E60) is the Product Code and the second part of your number (8 numbers) is your Product Number. On the NZ Couriers homepage it should look like this:
Once you have input both parts of your tracking number, click 'Track Now' and you'll see a page with all of the places your parcel has been! If you're not home for delivery, don't worry - the courier driver will leave your brownies in a safe place and take a photo, which is then uploaded to your tracking page. Any issues with your delivery Get In Touch and we'll do our best to hunt them down for you!
Q: Can I order more than one box for courier delivery
A: Due to courier limitations, you can only order a maximum of 2 boxes (4-pack + 4-pack / 4-pack + 6-pack / 6-pack + 6-pack) per order. For delivery within Wellington you can order as many boxes as you like! For larger scale orders we recommend that you Contact Us.
Q: Do you have a shop I can visit
A: Our café has now closed.
Q: What flavours do you have available today
A: When ordering online we always have the 4 flavours in Our Range available - Classic Milk Choc, Fix & Fogg Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jam, Vegemite & Vegan Coconut Salted Caramel (GF). If you visit us at the Weekend Markets or at #LashingsHQ you'll be able to get your mitts on one of our limited edition Specials, but you've gotta get down early because we always sell out fast! Keep an eye on the Instagram on Fridays as that's when we announce the weekend special!
Q: Are you going to do more than just brownies
A: We already do! We have a full Corporate Catering list that includes a variety of delicious things for your office, and we offer a dessert consultation service for hospitality. We also provide our brownie grazing table (perfect for weddings and functions) if you're interested in having us cater your next event or meeting. Please contact us for details!
